How to Pay
Please book and pay via the online booking form. All major debit, credit cards, and Paypal are accepted. 

If you prefer not to book online please email kate@katedawesstudio or call 07814850157 for other methods of payment.

Terms
Payment for all workshops are payable at the time of booking and are non-returnable nor non-transferable to a different workshop.

Cancellations
Your payment secures your place on a course, and once booked, will stop others from booking that place. Withdrawal of a place on a workshop may make the whole workshop unviable.  Therefore payments are non-returnable and also non-transferable to another workshop. However, places are transferable to another person - please advise of the name change prior to the workshop. If you need to cancel your place or transfer to another person once you have booked please confirm by email.  

If Kate Dawes is unable to run a workshop due to unforeseen personal circumstances (i.e. ill), you can either be refunded or you can transfer your booking to another workshop. 

If the workshop is unexpectedly canceled by the venue provider, then Kate Dawes will endeavour to find a suitable alternative venue so that the workshop can proceed.

In the event of extreme weather, or other act of God, where a workshop is unable to proceed, your booking can be transferred to another workshop of your choosing. 

Gift Vouchers
All Kate Dawes Studio gift vouchers are non-refundable but can be redeemed up to 18 months after the date of purchase.

Please advise of any medical conditions to be aware of.
Workshops are generally suitable for over 15's, unless otherwise arranged or stated. Under 16's must be accompanied by a participating, paying adult.  

Privacy
Kate Dawes Studio does not share any data with any other organisation, including email and postal addresses.
